Networks

How we help?

Your Internet provider has frequent outages? Does it prevent you from working?

Backup Internet connection

We configure a backup link to the Internet based on the mobile network. If your primary link to the Internet has a failure then users are automatically redirected through the backup link. The solution generally requires no additional infrastructure.

Networks or what?

In the most general terms: it is, it is anything that allows two or more devices to connect. Only it's not quite like that :). If there are several computers in the office to begin with, then all you need is Internet access, some Internet connection, some WiFi router and the problem is solved. There is nothing to make it more difficult, because in principle the problem is solved. However, over time, generally as the number of computers, servers and devices on the network increases, things get a little more complicated. So what do we often configure in our clients' companies as they grow?

Firewall

Most often it also acts as a router. It is needed to be able to control, for example, who has access to the server, who has access to printers Itp. Often also used for active traffic filtering, automatically blocking traffic to servers "known" to be dangerous. So-called IDS/IPS (Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System). Updating lists of such servers is done automatically in the background. Sometimes clients need extremely reliable access to the Internet. In such cases, we configure a backup link, such as a cellular link, which takes over the role of the primary one often even imperceptibly for users.

VPN

VPNs (Virtual Private Network) are most commonly available in firewall devices. They are used to create encrypted tunnels connecting, for example, two company branches or employees to the company. They allow us to use devices, servers, files available in the office without the risk of exposing our resources to public access or eavesdropping on transmissions.

Wi-Fi

If there are several APs (Access Points) in a company, plus several locations, managing such Wi-Fi networks in the standard way is cumbersome and inefficient. Changes to passwords or accesses in practice are very difficult. In such cases, central management is implemented that allows one "click" to change settings in all locations
Why with us?

With most of our clients we have a permanent form of cooperation, which means that in addition to ongoing support, we also care that their networks work for them without interruption and without problems. Therefore, we most often automatically monitor our clients' network devices. Some problems are detected and fixed remotely before the user notices.
