PAID program - network operation - how to set up for multiple users?

Today I will suggest how to force our beloved Payer to work over the network on multiple workstations in parallel. Today I will show how to install Payer from start to finish in such a way that you can use it both on the computer where it is installed and on any other computer. Rather, for the moment, I would limit myself to a local network for July 2021. As I record this, the process looks exactly like this. Here I have two virtual machines: one clean, on which I will install the Payer, and the other, on which, admittedly, there is already a Payer, but I will connect it as a client and they will work on the same installed base, on this virtual one. In a word of introduction, Payer can support two types of database. The first is the so-called Access database, and the second is MSSQL. Why do I mention this? Because it is important. If only from the perspective that if our Payer works on an Access database, then there is no way for it to work on the network, for several people to work on it in parallel, because such a database simply consists of a single file on the local computer. Even if we try to start working on several programs, it will rather end badly. To nie jest dobry pomysł żeby się zorientować, czy nasz Płatnik korzysta z drugiej… Drugi rodzaj bazy to jest MSSQL. This is already a normal database, and here, as much as possible, it is possible for multiple users to work together at once in parallel. How to know whether we are using a MSSQL database or an Access database? In our tutorial we have something like database settings. And here we can read that this particular payer works on a MSSQL database. That is, one that is suitable for network operation. And the name of the desktop server, that is, the specific computer on which SQL Express is installed, that is, the name of the database, the name of the MSSQL instance on which the database name works is called Payer and the authorization type. That is, there is a Windows authorization, that is, a Windows user can use the database, this will come in handy a little later. To do.
